Your continued use of the Website constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

Failure to read the Terms and Conditions is considered user negligence, and the Company is not responsible for any resulting inconvenience, dispute, or financial loss.

3. Service Conditions

A. Visa Processing Times

  • The standard processing time mentioned on the Website is based on typical timelines provided by UAE Immigration.
  • Express visa processing time is 24 working hours (GST – Gulf Standard Time).
  • If an Express Visa is not approved within 24 working hours, the additional Express fee will be refunded.
  • In rare cases, Immigration may require extra time for approval, which is beyond our control.
  • UAE Immigration working hours begin at 8:00 AM GST.

B. Weekends & Holidays

  • UAE Immigration Department is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
    For example:
    • If you apply for Express Visa on Friday, processing will begin on Monday at 8:00 AM GST.

C. Travel Documents

  • Only ordinary passports are accepted for UAE visa applications. Travel documents or temporary passports are not accepted.

Travel Interruptions

SmartDubaiVisa.co.uk is not responsible for:

  • Flight cancellations
  • Hotel issues
  • Losses due to travel plan disruptions

These matters fall outside our service scope.

4. Privacy Policy Compliance

Your access to and use of the Website is conditional upon your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

We collect necessary personal data, including:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Passport details
  • Photograph
  • Nationality / Country of residence

Collected information may be used to:

  • Process your visa application
  • Communicate with you
  • Improve, promote, and customize our services

We do not store credit card details at any time. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Pricing Policy

  • Prices listed on the Website may change without notice.
  • If external factors (e.g., government fees, exchange rates, system changes) affect our costs after you submit an order, the Company may revise the price before acceptance.

6. Payment Policy

Payments can be made through:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard

All cards are subject to authorization by the issuing bank.

If we do not receive authorization, the order will not be processed, and the Company is not responsible for delay or non-delivery.

7. Refund Policy

A. General Visa Applications

  • Visa approval is solely at the discretion of UAE Immigration authorities.
  • SmartDubaiVisa.co.uk cannot be held responsible for:
    • Rejections
    • Delays
    • Additional verification by Immigration
  • Visa fees are non-refundable if the application is rejected.

B. Incorrect Documents or Applicant Errors

If incorrect documents were submitted or the error originated from the applicant:

  • A processing and typing fee of USD 73 will be deducted.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded.

C. Refund Policy for Express Visa

If your Express Visa is not processed within 36 hours, you will receive:

  • A refund of the Express processing fee (USD 50)
  • The standard visa fee is not refundable

To request a refund, contact support with your:

  • Full name
  • Application number
  • Registered email address

Refunds are processed within standard business timelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

SmartDubaiVisa.co.uk is a private visa assistance platform.We are not affiliated with any UAE government or immigration authority.

We cannot guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Approval timelines
  • Immigration decisions
  • Changes in UAE entry rules or visa policies

The Company is not liable for any:

  • Financial loss
  • Missed flights
  • Travel plan disruptions
  • Rejections or delays from Immigration

All final decisions are made exclusively by UAE Immigration.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
